What is Boot camp?

Traditionally, a boot camp is regarded as a high intensity, Military style group work out where soldiers are put through the ringer to get them up to speed with their health and fitness for the high stress levels of battle. With the focus on endurance, weight control, muscle development and team building. Exercises vary greatly to condition the body for the unknown circumstances that may arise in the future.

What is Brisbane Boot Camps?  Exactly that. You come here to get fit, to be pushed, to go beyond your usual comfort zone and get real results and life changing habits. Usually, the ‘Team’ (that’s you) work hard and work together, forming friendships and camaraderie, to help each other achieve more and better.
